I noticed an immediate difference in how solid the body and chassis feel.
Having said that, it did not solve my "death wobble" issue because the problem did not reside in looseness in the steering gearbox mount. Instead, it's in the track bar.
I bought the brace to increase structural stiffness and to prevent the steering gearbox bolts from loosening.
It accomplished what I wanted.
A side note: my 1994 Grand Cherokee Laredo has the Up Country package, which includes a front skidplate. After mounting the brace, the skidplate had to be modified so it would fit with the brace in place.
