Installed this on my 1998 5.9l that had a 242 transfer case swap from the original 249. Works GREAT! Straight forward installation and shifting is crisp and very much improved now. Would highly recommend this! Used the smaller rod and only had to trim a short amount off when making adjustments and doing the final install.
