Easy install, easy to adjust, works great. Keeps the shift pattern in the same order as the stock shift linkage but this new linkage just makes the pattern a bit shorter so 4high looks like it's in 4wd part time. But that's not problem if you have half a brain as you can easily feel each gear as you shift through. And the t-case gear selected is displayed on the info centre thing. Overall great design and great function. I can't see how this shift linkage would ever malfunction or bind up. Very good.
