Front Fender Armor - Forward Stretched: Tube fender flare with 11ga body armor. Stretched forward 3" past the fender well for custom builds exceeding 37" tires with forward stretched axel.
Front Fender Armor – No Flare: The front fender armor without the flare, allows you to trim the factory fender to fit bigger tires while adding strength. Hardware and reinforcing inner fender brackets included. A must if you are cutting your fenders.
Front Fender Armor – Narrow Width: After popular demand, we accept orders for a new style of fenders. Tighter to the body, close to stock coverage at 4" at the widest point. Add strength and tire clearance.
Front Fender Armor – Standard: Constructed from 1/8" steel sheet laser cut and formed with 1.5" round tubing and a 14ga fender top. These fenders will require major cutting and trimming of the factory fender and drilling holes for mounting. These come complete in bare steel with all hardware.

I installed these last year. They were fairly straight forward. The one question I had was answered with one phone. Today my jeep was hit rather hard in a traffic accident broadside. The armor only suffered damage to my Rustoleum paint job. The old lady’s car that hit me and the second car she hit did not fair well. I highly recommend these. They made my 25 yr old jeep a tank. Nobody was injured.
